Deep retrofit and extension to detached house
The detached house dating from the 1940’s required major reorganisation and modernisation. Through careful spatial planning and removing selected walls, we reorganised the ground floor to create a light filled kitchen, living and dining room which responds to the site's orientation and rear garden. The refurbished four bedroom house now has a BER Rating of A2.
