Description
New Build Contemporary Barn House
This house, located on the border of North County Dublin and County Meath has a barrell vaulted roof which is a traditional barn form allowing it to sit comfortably in the landscape however it has a confident contemporary appearance. The house is oriented on a North-South axis so that the bedrooms benefit from the morning sun and the living spaces receive the sun throughout the day from generously sized East and West facing glazing. This glazing, along with the high level South gable window and the double height living space makes this an exceptionally spacious and bright place to live. Internally, an exposed concrete ring beam, polished concrete floors and white painted walls are coupled with warm wood, soft lighting and cosy rugs to make a thoroughly inviting contemporary home.
