New Two Storey House
This modern family house is on one of two adjoining rear garden sites where we have designed new houses. All of the living spaces have been oriented so as to be flooded with natural light from the afternoon and evening sun, with panoramic views over the full expanse of Dublin bay. The house has a simple modern aesthetic, with clean lines and a restrained palette of materials including white render, pale brick, standing seam zinc and mid-grey aluclad window frames; these are complemented by a smart landscaping scheme.
