After a number of failed planning attempts, I employed Cameron Lee of Goodwin + Lee Architects to investigate whether I could get planning permission for a new 150sqm dwelling to the rear of my Art Deco home (a Protected Structure) in Foxrock. By carefully managing the planning process, Cameron managed to secure full planning permission for the new house with no design conditions. Working with Cameron was a pleasure. We look forward to working with Cameron again in the future and cannot recommend his services highly enough.
